THE LOST FRAME

 is a first-person psychological horror experience built in Unity HDRP.

The Story Following a tragic car crash, a father's consciousness lingers in a nightmare loop. His daughter, Elise, is drowning in survivor's guilt. You play as Arthur—an echo of a father caught between life and death. You must explore fragmented memories across the Hospital, the City, and your old Home to find the "Lost Frame"—a physical memory anchor that will finally give your daughter the closure she needs.

Features:

  • Atmospheric Environments: Explore realistic, heavy atmospheres driven by HDRP lighting.
  • Memory Mechanics: Uncover the truth using tape recorders and environmental clues.
  • Multiple Endings: Will you break the loop, or will the guilt consume everything?

Developed entirely solo over a 144-day cycle.

Install instructions

How to play:

  1. Download the .zip file.
  2. Right-click the downloaded file and select "Extract All..."
  3. Open the newly extracted folder and double-click The Lost Frame.exe to launch the game. (No extra installations or libraries required!)

Side note: MICROSOFT might say something like "we saved this computer" because it's from an unknown publisher. press "more" and then press "RUN ANYWAY" if you're too scared because you think it's a virus, then press "Dont run"
